Value for money for a short stay. No complaints. Room very small but you get what you pay for. It is a little way from the train station - but situated between station and medieval city, so no complaints,

Nicely located on Gambetta square with easy access to both the 'Cite' (10-15 mins walk) and the 'Bastide' (5-10 mins) Rooms at the back are quieter - main road at the front Romms are compact/samall but comfortable. Shower very good but very precise temperature control.

This was a clean well-managed outpost of the chain, very well located for both town and castle on a main square. We arrived well before the 12 noon check-in time and our room was not ready,but we were allowed to leave our bags until later by friendly staff. Stayed here for five nights whilst on a Newmarket Holiday. We were initially disappointed on checking in to our room which was very basic - tiny wardrobe/shelf area and the smallest shower room we've ever experienced but with a welcome 6' wide bed and good housekeeping. Good value hotel with very good service from staff. Tiny bathroom not too good for big people and a shower screen would be better - not a curtain. Well placed for walking between the medieval city and the Bastide.

I was very pleased with the hotel, it was clean and comfortable. Its location suited our requirements admirably. The staff were always pleasant and courteous. We would certainly consider going back again. Thank you.

Typicaly good but basic Ibis quality. Parking opposite the hotel in an underground car park that was extra as the car park at the hotel can only accept very small cars.Of course Carcassonne is agreat place to visit and thge hotel is well situated

The Hotel is located at about 4kms from the airport. The bus takes 20 minutes. From the hotel to old village of Carcassone ( castle) is about a 20 minutes walk uphill. This is the great advantage of staying in the Ibis.

The hotel Ibis Carcassonne Centre is a great clue for a trip to know the medieval city of Carcassone. The hotel´s localization is perfect. The hotel has parking and the quality of the services and installations are offered with a excelent cost-benefit rate. I strongly reccomend the booking of the Ibis Carcassonne Centre.
