“Simple apartment hotel style near canal and centre”

The area, of redeveloped land with modern apartment buildings, is not far from the centre, and is tidy, architecturally dull yet fresh. There is a cinema complex nearby. We spent a night here on the way back from our holiday, and the accommodation was fine, if just a little soulless. Both the reception staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful.
