Hotel Anatole France was exceptional. The staff did everything to accommodate me during my transition from hotel resident to citizen of Toulouse. I am so happy that I found this hotel. It is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood and for " hyper centre" location, you can't beat the price.

They paid big bucks to someone for that beautiful website. Unlike other reviewers, we did not get bed bugs. However, it was not very clean, warm or homey. But my room had mildew in the corner, the bathroom was awful, and it was really noisy until about 2am being above a cafe. Do NOT stay here.

We left this hotel at 3am to go sleep in our car, our bed at Anatole France crawling with bed bugs. Management weren't particularly helpful or apologetic the following morning but our nights accomodation was refunded. Avoid if possible
