We made a reservation for a room and arrived the next day. The house is very nice, well furnished and comfortable. Our room and bathroom were lovely, both big and warm. The place to stay in Giverny, Gilles is the nicest person and really takes pride in looking after this heritage home. Makes you feel very welcome as soon as you step inside, the home is immaculate, original and cosy.

We enjoyed an overnight stop in Giverny on our way back to Calais. Gilles is a great host, finding us room to store our bikes, providing discounted tickets for Monet's garden which let you queue jump, and advising us where to eat in the village. We arrived at Les Jardins d'Helene exhausted from our long, overnight trip from Los Angeles. We appreciated the quiet beauty and comfort of this B&B, as well as Gilles' warm hospitality, that allowed us to decompress and relax. We spent 3 nights in Pecheurs de Lune and would not hesitate to return on our next trip to Giverny.
