Bad part of town - lots of traffic noise, drunks under our window, shouting and smoking til very late. Had to leave windows open because it was very warm (no ac). Asked for a fan and were given a broken one with no cover over the blades. Room extremely small and cramped. Toilet didn't flush fully, shower didn't work properly... More
