A basic, friendly hotel close to lots of eating places, Monoprix Supermarket to buy excellant Normandy cider, good priced wine and champagne. Hotel rooms have no air-conditioning so if it is hot, it is hot. However the staff are really friendly and there is underground parking less than 2 minutes walk away.
