Stayed here for 1 night during a motorcycle trip. Twin room was cheaper than some hostel twins elsewhere and perfectly clean, if a little small for all our kit. Our family stayed for one night in three rooms. The bathrooms were all variations of cramped. The Hotel is on four floors with no lift, and is extremely noisy - from people talking, doors slamming and general plumbing noise. There is absolutely no sound insulation. To cap it all, one of the rooms was infested with bed bugs. YUKK!!

Stayed here just for one night. The rooms, beds and bathroom are clean. The bed was also good, butt the walls are very thin.  The location is very good. It's downtown and everything can be done by foot.

Luckily Room 21 seems to be the best in the hotel, with a larger than king size bed, 2 arm chairs and a coffee table, sufficient hanging space and shelves, and a bathroom with a bath with shower over, and a separate toilet. We has to stay one night in Rouen. We needed to have a fairly cheap option and went for this hotel. It was a really bad choice: small room, small toilett, broken lamps...I will stay away from any comfort chain hotel.
