Stayed here on New Years eve 2012 very smart and comfortable hotel rooms a little small but facilities excellent only problem the hotel restaurant was closed and so we had to find somewhere to dine not easy on new years eve as most places full! Tough price for the value. 150EUR for a 10feet x 10feet room (including bathroom) or so it feels. Great breakfast though, bio food. Quiet location. Not far from the Office du Tourisme and the Aquarium and the Train Station. For the Price, I would have picked the B&B a bit further...

The hotel was fine for a chain, if rather bland. I dread to think what had been spilt in the communal hall on the way to our room on the 3rd but it looked rather unsavoury, perhaps the Mercure will be replacing it soon? Do not stay in this hotel, customer service is non existent. I am an Accord Platinum member so I have stayed 100 s of nights in Accord hotels and I was treated like I was a burden to them. Standard and reliable Mercure fare. Nice rooms, but a little small, great breakfast. Free wi-fi. Decent restaurant (very surly waiter). Very well located for old town. Great views from rooms at front.
