A small family run hotel, ideally situated in the centre of Beaulieu sur Mer. Although the rooms aren’t spacious the bed was very comfortable, shower excellent and air conditioning efficient. There is a breakfast room with kettle and coffee making machine and each room has its own small lockable fridge which is a great idea. The outside area is shaded but could be a bit more inviting and comfortable. WiFi is only available on the ground floor but the charming hosts made us feel very welcome and so all in it it definitely ticked a lot of boxes.

Visited this hotel with work colleagues who I took on an incentive trip. Check in was a little slow. I thought the rooms would be bigger for the price. Beautiful views and easy to walk into Cap Ferat from the Hotel. Drinks are extortionate. Have stayed in much better value for money 5 star hotels than this.

Standard hotel that is clean, charming location (5 minutes to beach and a few steps from main street with cafes and restaurants) and owned/operated by a wonderful couple who are always helpful and caring of their guests. My room was small, but I had been warned by Jacques before I booked. This is Europe, so I expected it to be tiny. It was very, very clean and had all that I needed, including remote control TV and remote control air conditioning (= awesome).

The location is perfect. It's close to all attractions in the area, and Beaulieu-Sur-Mer is a lovely and calm town with excellent beaches. The whole Riviera coast is easily accessible by train and bus. The hotel is cosy and clean, and has a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The owners are helpful and lovely people.

Located in a great position where you can walk to the Harbour in Beaulieu, we had a lovely stay. The hosts Anne and Jacques are very very friendly and could even understand my school french. Rooms were clean and all we needed. Great value for money for us while visiting the Historic GP in Monaco.

As a solo traveller, I found my room was on the small side, but Jacques & Anne were the perfect hosts. They suggested places for me to visit during my 2 week stay. I loved the towns along the coast and I walked along as many coastal coastal routes as possible. Fantastic holiday! I'm hoping to visit the Marseille area of France next summer.

There are a lot of lavish hotels in Beaulieu, but they do cost a fortune. If you are looking to save your money and don't intend on spending lots of time in your room, then this hotel is a great place to just put your head down. Its clean, friendly and very simple. We didn't try the breakfast and instead went to a bakers up the road for fresh pastries. Our room had a Juliette balcony facing the street; I don't remember it being loud at all. The street is quite quiet. Rooms have a small TV with international news channels. Air con worked fine. It's a very short walk to the harbour and beach. We went to the private beach to the left of the hotel, which was lovely. It was expensive for food and drink though, and they charge you to use towels. My only complaint about the Riviera is the hairdryer was pretty old and weak, so bring your own!…

Highly recommend this charming little place. Just a short walk from the train station, no need to bother with the pretentious rolex wearing, suv driving taxis...lol!!! The place is immaculate and is very fairly priced for the region, it was much better than I expected. Owners are very helpful with all the local knowledge and times etc. Didn't have the 10e breakfast, their are a couple of cafes on the next rue and a supermarket too. Walking distance to Cap Ferat and Villefranche, a few euros on the regular trains to Monaco, Nice, Cannes etc. Rooms have hush quiet air-con, tv, hairdryer, comfy beds with nice bedding and the location is quiet, you get a great sleep. Only thing missing is a mini bar or fridge and tea/coffee making facilities which would make the stay more pleasant I reckon, no food allowed in the rooms but a terrace and reading room on ground floor.…

Location is excellent, 5 mins from train station, 1 minute from bus stop and 5 minutes from port. Rooms are small but adequate and are very clean. The owners were very helpful and informative. Would stay here again.

Hotel Riviera is ran by a lovely French couple. Their English might not be perfect but they are very helpful and will make sure you will have a comfortable stay. They got me an extra hard mattress which was great and a very quiet room. The only sounds I normally heard were just birds singing. The basic room had air conditioner with heating capabilities so the room temperature will stay comfortable. The hotel doesn't have laundry service but there is a laundry shop in town that is pretty affordable. Hotel has free wifi that worked well in the room but not everywhere in the public areas. Breakfast can be ordered separately for each morning for extra fee. I didn't try the hotel breakfast, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Pros: + Comfortable bed + Quiet room + AC + The room can be made dark + Clean + Decent wifi + Good value for money + Good service Cons: - No safety deposit box…
