“Still awaiting refund”

In March of 2011, my wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel happily. We were charged 30 euros for a breakfast we never received on the day we left, and have tried unsuccessfully for a year to be refunded on our Visa card. Can no longer recommend this place as reliable, because of their lack of communication!! More
