Apparently a four star but very shabby in the rooms. Usual issues with bad hotels, air con faulty, noisy, etc. Worst drama was the hotel policy of not allowing regular guests to borrow a iron! Apparently if you have a 'lux' room this is ok. Totally bizarre. Go somewhere else. More
