This hotel is at the edge of Nice Vielle Ville and has some charm. The proprietor is very friendly and hospitable. The room we had was very small for the relatively high price of 160 Euros and the walls are fairly thin so we heard bathroom related noise from the adjacent room. We would not stay there again.
