I'm surprised this hotel ranks so highly compared to others in Nice. We found it very disapointing. The rooms are all on the 4th floor in a block of private appartments. Great location in one of the great pedestrian areas of Nice. My only complaint was that the walls were paper-thin, and both late at night and early in the morning, I heard my neighbors in conversation or otherwise occupied. Hotel was appropriately priced for what it offered. More
