Located close to the train station in the heart of town. A good value for the room quality, but I think you end up paying for the bathroom, which was phenomenal. Enjoyed the free wi-fi, and the staff was very helpful with us.

Nice little hotel in the centre of Nice. The room was pretty nice (maybe a bit small), and the bathroom was great - amazing shower. The people working here are very friendly and approachable and helped us when we asked. Perfectly adequate for us for a few days here. Its also near the train station which means you can travel...

There were 8 in our group with ages ranging from my 80 year old mother to my 21 year old son and his girlfriend. We all enjoyed our stay and found the location excellent with easy access to the trains, buses and trams.
The hotel was clean and well-run, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble...

The hotel is located in the Liberation area of Nice some distance from the old town/promenade ares.It is a lively and interesting neighbourhood in the morning when the market is on, but less so at night. To do the walk to downtown in 15 mins in high temperatures might certainly be possible for Paula Radcliffe....lesser mortals might like to double that.The...

Our whole trip to Nice was spoilt by our stay at this hotel. The room had a distinct smell of gas as soon as you opened the door and we found numerous dodgy connections of pipes in the bathroom and bedroom, with giant holes disconnecting them from the walls. The plug sockets were half ripped out and we had a...

stayed here for 3nights in december and you get exactly what you pay for. Welcoming reception staff who speak great english. Very clean spacious rooms, ok bathroom, no amenities, hence €30 a night... 10mins walk to the train station, 15/20 min walk to the old town/beach. if you want to keep the cost low, id recomend this place, but if...

Stayed here for my honeymoon based on good reviews. BUT it was terrible. The bathroom was very small and MOULDY!
Making the bed meant pulling the covers up. There were crumbs still on the bed!
Staff did speak some english and the breakfast was simple (croissant, bread, jam, orange juice and coffee) but tasty.
Would not stay here again.

On checking in, we were asked to pay a "City Tax", we were not informed by Travel Agent that all Hotels in Nice ask their guests on check in for this Tax. However, it was low.
The room was large and backed on to not a very pretty view, but as we were not there to look out of a...
