Had room reservation at Le Grande Bastide nearby but were moved to this hotel. What a good thing for us. It has 9 rooms that are huge with all amenities and a fantastic view to Saint Paul Vence and the sea. The restaurant terrace was wonderful and very romantic with a recognized chef on hand. Firstly, the view! To gaze up at the village of Saint Paul and over to the Mediterranean in one 90 degree eyeline is unique. Secondly, we were consistently surprised and heartened by the attentive, diligent and warm service by everyone we encountered at Le Clos des Arts, particuarly by Katie, the manager.
