Hotel is old and worn, just like the bed I slept in. The shower is handheld and there was no shower curtain. The TV has no english language channels and the wifi wasn't working. that was the bad stuff. The good stuff. Location. really handy to the train station and downtown. My room was clean & the price is cheap....

Well now that i have read this i want to add my comment. Same deal! I stayed here on the 7th for 5 nights (sadly had booked this before hand). The hot water was not working and i was told on the day they were endeavouring to have it resolved within the next 24 hours. Yes, i did get money...

Im really glad Trip Advisor is here so I can hold people who rip me off accountable.
There is fundamentally nothing wrong with the Nouvel hotel. It's not bad inside.
When I check in at 2200 at night and you smile at me and say "Since we do not have hot water, it's 18 euro off."
