The hotel is in. Strategic position, just near the railway station and the Casino. The rooms are confortable clean and quiet. Good service and good breakfast. To add the free pool, jacuzzi and hammam. Good choice for the city.

Staff very helpful and more so as day went on. Rooms yes, "boringly traditional" as mentioned elsewhere but clean and reasonably spacious. Cannot comment on breakfast as left too early but given breakfast bags of good quality! Kettle and various amenities which were nice. Most of France has free internet and I found connection pretty good.

Its a shame that raddison wont invest in this hotel because needs a full refurbishment. Although its clean and a great location in the centre of town. The staff are great, at reception and the restaurant. Food is good and drinks too. The swimming pool needs a good clean, and again some repairs, and the spa pool is never hot... More

Not so fresh a hotel (old and worn), but great staff. Strange hotel restaurant: they didn't want to show me the bill?! I had to go to the reception and require to see the bill that was put on my room bill.

Stayed here recently and experienced the delights of this place. NOT AGAIN Hotel needs a make over. POOR bedrooms, to HOT, no a/c, no entertainment system all in all don't stay here. But the staff are really good which is a shame.

Since you will not be spoilt when it comes to choices in this area you might call this hotel a better option. Its adjecent to the Casino. Stayed just one night and it's a nice hotel. Pity that there is no view of the lake or the mountains, which were manificient! Aix Les Bains is an extraordinarily beautiful place!!!
