We stayed in Hotel Thermal for a week in April. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom was mouldy, and had bits crumbling off the corner of the bath. Internet was free as advertised but very sporadic, and food was basic. Staff were very friendly and helpful though! More

Hotel Thermal is located in the center of Aix-Les-Bains. Hotel needs refurbishment asap. Friendly people but old it is. Everything in this hotel has survived a generation. More

We booked Hotel Thermal as we were travelling to the Musilac Music Festival and didn't have a lot of choice in the town. Overall, I would say the hotel is quite strange and sort of reminded me of Fawlty Towers! Very convenient if you are travelling down to the French Alps and need a stop-over for the night. Clean but certainly needs updating - looks as if nothing has changed since the 70s! Food ok, but could be better considering it is France. More

Old fashoined Hotel and Thermal baths in a secluded country location. The hotel was once very grand and has since had better days, but the service is superb and the room (especially the larger ones) excellent and room for a family with sofa beds.
