Managed to pursuade reception to leave me the room earlier than expected which was nice. Like other clients it was far to hot in the room eventhough radiator was completely off. Was in Chamonix on business so was not able unfortunately able to go to the spa. Maybe a suggestion would be to leave slippers to clients as no shoes... More
