Hotel Victoria is located next to Lyon Perrache station, and is very close to subway and tram lines. A great location especially if you're traveling by train in and out of Lyon (as we were). Located quite close to Lyon Perrache station but it takes you a while to figure out how to get there. Very small reception but staff was helpful. No free wifi. No free breakfast.
