My room overlooked the pedestrianised street and was amazingly quiet. The hotel in general was clean and comfortable, with very pleasant service and staff. To be served breakfast was really a pleasure. The location couldn't have been better... Suggestions for improvement: A shower caddy in my little shower cubicle and heavier blackout curtains (for the summer?).

It was very hot when we stay and there is no air conditioning. Noisy as we had to leave the windows wide open. Ended up sleeping with ear plugs & eye covers to block out the light & noise. The location, staff and price made up for it. Would be best in cooler weather.

For the price, this hotel was pretty fantastic. The rooms are sparse but well decorated, well insulated and clean.
