I've stayed here several times, and it's usually my first choice becuase of the location. This is the most centrally-located hotel in Mannheim, with shopping, restaurants and a tram stop (Strohmarkt) very near by. Really nice friendly staff on the front desk and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with good choice of fresh fruit, breads and hot food. Room was average but clean. Sauna was a nice surprise (although naked man wasn't - beware!) and indoor rooftop swimming pool pleasant for a paddle. More

This is a good business hotel in a city central position in Mannheim which is walkable (5-7 min) from main train station. Staff are very helpful and efficient. The location is good. That's about it. if you don't know German the only channel on TV that you can watch is CNN. The pool is very small and the water was cold. The food is awful.
