The hotel was nice and modern decor, Good variety for breakfast. Hotel room was tiny and cramped, the bathroom was even smaller. Did visit during Oktoberfest and aware that it is more expensive, however very overpriced for the room we were given. Good location and good selection of bars down the road. My first impression was surprise at how small the room was (and this was a superior), the see-through bathroom and shower attempts to make it look bigger but it can't hide how small it is.
