Stayed there for a few weeks from April to August.
No major complaints apart from the top floor rooms. They are good (2 floors, lot's of space) but it is way too hot there as the roof attracts all the heat.

We found this hotel on Expedia and booked as the price was right. But it worked well for us. We had booked an economy room but were allocated one of the appartment rooms with small kitchen and sleeping area. (Though there were no plates or cutlery so we couldn't really make use of it.) The hotel is on a fairly...

Maybe we just had bad timing. We had been on a hot train all day long and then we arrived at the hotel. We arrived and realized the hotel had no A/C. We sat in their restaurant which had A/C for a while. When we went our room, it was hot. There was no fan. We opened up the door...

We had booked a superior room. I was expecting one that had a divider between the sleeping area and living space but the first room they gave us did not have it. When I pointed it out, I was given the choice of other rooms. The rooms on the 4th floor are nice and large with separated kitchen area and...

While the main appeal is for business travelers, the Derag Maximillian is certainly fine for Nuremberg tourists. The Altstadt is a 15-minute walk or five-minute Ubahn ride away, where you have all the attractions and food Nuremberg offers.
It's not in an area surrounded by posh shopping -- the neighborhood is office/industrial, with a LIDL market catercorner from the hotel...

The hotel has a good location - within 10 min walk from city center and a big supermarkt nearby. The district itself is quite shabby but we had no problem with that. Rooms are spacious, there is a little kitchen set, but no table big enough to eat anything (in good weather you can use balcony which goes to a...

The hotel is fine for a short stay but for any longer I would not recommend the self catering apartments. The kitchenette units are tiny and you really would struggle to prepare any kind of meal given the lack of equipment/crockery/cutlery. The kitchenette unit did not have the basics that you would expect to find. For example no toaster, no...

We stayed in this hotel for six days for both business and holidays. I can say that it fit our needs perfectly since I brought my wife and two children with me. The price was reasonable considering the size of the room (loft with double bed and shower room, and downstairs a kitchenette, sofa bed, toilet, and balcony with table...

We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon & even though the reception area was fairly crowded & busy, the staff kept things moving efficiently & we were soon in our room.We had booked a maisonette room & were well satisfied with that choice. The living area was spacious & well equipped with tv,cooker, fridge, microwave, sink, table, chairs, wardrobes, kettle,...
