Yes it's clean, the standard is modern, but 301 is clearly neither great nor spacey. Worst of all, the bathroom stinks worse than anything I've experienced since Soviet-era public toilets in Ukraine. Maybe one bad experience that shouldn't scare you away from this place but I will certainly think twice about picking this place again.
