We would not go there again, staff at reception was very unfriendly and rude, room was extremly noisy, room change with an exaggerated uppricing was offered after lengthy discussions. Food was average, city centre location in beautiful regensburg is nice, though.

Wonderful location right in the heart of the city, just a short stroll away from the Danube river. All amenities nearby, bars, restaurants etc. Beautifully kept hotel with well maintained rooms, a bit small in size but still adequate. Ideal for couples or solo travellers.

Recently updated, the Arch is right on Haidplatz square in the middle of the old town (Altstadt). views overlooking the square and wide selection of restaurants right outside the door.

Nice and clean hotel in the center of the Old Town of Regensburg. Fair price for the location. The rooms are small and watch out for your head if you are tall. A lot of low structural beams in the rooms. wi-fi internet of poor quality. Good breakfast but not extraordinary. The location can not be better....

I'm a regulat visitor to Regensburg and like to experience different hotels. The location is good...but not the best. The service is lacking. Very impersonal No interaction at breakfast whatsoever.
