Nice hotel with friendly staff, good location and excellent breakfast buffet. However, it's all spoiled by unacceptable internet service. The free service limits you to 30 minutes a day and that only from the lobby. The data rate was 10Kbs or less - sometimes stopping. Dial-up would have been better. Dependable, clean, organised, well situated, classic...German. Good quality hotel. Good food, nice rooms tastefully decorated. No surprise or extravagance but sometimes that's just what you need. I even got scolded for having a foot resting on a lobby's coffee table... tough german loving. Good for them. If you want to relaxin quiet old school luxury.

Very nice hotel, but expensive. The room was nice and the bathroom was a good size with both a tub and a stand up shower. They supply slippers, toiletries, and lots of towels. I only stayed here one night and did not get to see how breakfast was because my flight was too early. You have to pay for parking... More

Good location, EXCELLENT breakfast buffet. Nothing to complain about at all, except the Hotel looks booring from the outside... :-) My wife thought the beds was a bit to hard. Spa is semi-nice, but Sauna not included. Very strange?

The hotel is in excellent location, close to train, S-Bahn and U-Bahn (metro) stations, which allow easy direct travel to close cities, or to the Berlin airport.
