The hotel was very clean. The reception and breakfast staff were really friendly and helpful. Transport system is fantastic - just a short tram ride into Alexanderplatz. I would certainly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a three night break in October 2012 and had a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are quite and clean. Nice breakfast. Traveling to the center is rather comfortable. Unfortunately there is no free Wi-Fi in the rooms and it's troublesome to connect from lobby as well. The only problem this hotel has is that it's too far away from anything. But the Berlin transport system is so great that it's not too much of a problem.
