This is your average hotel. I was greeted by very friendly staff during the checkin and got a really good feeling about the hotel. The Berlin Mark is in a great location approx 3 minutes walk from the main shopping road in Berlin in the Charlottenburg area. The hotel is very near to lots of restaurants and bars and U Bahn stations (Tube) we did not have a breakfast included but have stayed here before with breakfast which was very substancial. This hotel is in the ideal base for exploring the city of Berlin. Only 20mins by bus or underground from Tegel Airport, and just ten mins walk from the train/bus terninus. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Due to its location next to the Kurfurstendamm, the hotel is very good accessible by public transport. Breakfast was not included in our booking ( we found it overpriced), so we went for breakfast in Kaufhaus or other options in the neighbourhood. Relatively well priced compared to other hotel's of same standard around the area, but the rooms could do with a refurbishment. Stayed here for 4 nts from 12-15 March. Room was a little small and at the back of hotel but otherwise comfy enough. Didn't spend too much time in the room so it was fine. Bathroom had bath and shower. Take your own travel kettle and tea/coffee as most rooms don't have facilities. There is a great supermarket called Ulrichts... More
