We stayed at the Michaelis Hof Hotel for three nights. We picked the hotel because of its location.
It was a fairly cheap stay. Be advised that the reception is only manned between 7 am till noon. If you arrived outside these hours, as we did, you have to check in at an automat, where you type in your booking...

This is an automated hotel located on the top floor of the catholic center.- you enter thru the center's lobby and take an elevator up. Reception is only open from 7AM to noon but i had no problem checking myself in and getting my room and door card when i arrived late in the afternoon. I had nicely furnished decent...

Easy access by S Bahn from airport, transfer at main train station. A little tricky to find, have a good look at the picture they provide on their web site so you recognize the building.
