The rooms themselves are in need of some minor maintainance in places BUT this is one of the friendliest and most pleasnt places I have ever stayed in. The staff are very helpfull...providing a corkscrew and glass for me to drink my own wine in my room....they were also happy to order take away food and let you eat it... More

The room was relatively comfortable and silent. Room decoration is very simple but efficient. It could be cleaner. Staff are friendly and helpful. My major problem in this hotel was its wifi. We recently stayed a few night in this hotel on our journey back from a long business trip. The hotel itself is relatively new and has beautiful decoration. I would certainly recommend it if your ever in the Hamburg area. Hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was great.
