The location of the hotel is superb, just in front of the park and walking distance to Bad´s main spots. Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but it needs a general renovation. Price/quality ratio is very convenient.

The hotel offers good service. Unfortunately you feel that the hotel is some years old. Rooms are huge, it is quite, furniture is OK. It offers fitness. Breakfast is huge. Bar and the restaurant are fine. Due to the location in Bad Homburg more restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. At extra cost parking is available.

We went to Steigenberger for a wedding in the vicinity, so we checked in very (very) late. The promised baby cot was not there when we arrived but they managed to find it in the end. The room was quite large but not specifically stylish. The breakfast area is nicely decorated though. On the whole, a good place.
