“Good shuttle service - poor cleanliness”

Good things first: The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent - just a short drive and we didn't even have to wait for the bus. “if you don't mind noise”

Nothing in walking distance around the hotel. A lot of noise from planes and trainserage. Avoid rooms next to elevatores. Service is average. Good breakfast but if you arrive around 08.30 no clean tables.

“Great place to rest after long flight”

Reception was great, could check in early allowing me to freshen up before meeting after 20hour flight. Outstanding breakfast and good rooms. I will always stay there when I'm in Frankfurt. Only thing to criticise is the friendliness of restaurant staff and that you have to pay for Internet.

Stayed here on business. Good, fast shuttle bus from the airport. Nice staff who couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. Room modern and clean, beds large and comfortable, breakfast choice excellent. A very nice hotel!
