“Expected better of this brand”

Mövenpick has a good reputation but don't let that fool you. The staff are uninformed and bordering on rude. The paid Wifi connection is completely unreliable. The lobby, guest rooms and meeting rooms are acceptable. The breakfast is ok and lunch, morning and afternoon tea were good. The location is very convenient; a ten-fifteen minute taxi ride from the airport.

“Frankfurt for couple of days”

Stayed at Moevenpick while in Frankfurt on a business trip. Very centrally located, a short walk from the Hauptbanhoff. Rooms were not too big, but enough for a short stay. Things I liked best were the free internet and the breakfast spread. Room service was prompt and the staff friendly.

“Friendly Hotel Staff”

We were able to experience the friendly accommodation of team managing the hotel from Front Desk to Housekeeping staff. It is really a great place to stay in Frankfurt City, Germany. I loved their free Internet at the lobby, their restaurant crew are courteous and the breakfast is delightful. Thank you Movenpick Team!

“Expensive extras, small-ish rooms”

The public areas of the hotel (reception, bar, restaurant) are nice and the staff is very helpful but the rooms are a bit small and plain. Also, the extras such as internet access and parking have a terribly high price. Not a terrible stay by any means but not excellent and I've had better value nearby. Would not return.

“Well run, good business location, not for vacations”

The location isn't exactly charming as there is a lot of construction in the area and it is where the conventional center is located.
