Outside, you stop and think, oh, this doesn't look that great. But only because they have such a small frontage onto the street. Inside the rooms are spotless and lovely. It really is a 7/8 min walk to the Palais/Croisette. It's very quiet around the hotel.

Had stayed there for 4 nights for business. This hotel is spanking new and the service was good. Nice restaurant and good clean room.
Location is very close to the train station but is was quiet. I could just walk to the station to catch a train to Zurich.
