We stayed in this hotel around oktober. The room was spacious and clean. Interiour is slightly outdated, but everything clean and proper. We stayed at the street side, but it was really silent. Breakfast was very good, we reserved a special room cause of the wedding. They arranged everything well. Good service, good price. More

Stayed here for several days in November 2011 for MEDICA conference. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier and accommodating. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was yummy. One is given a large selection of cold cuts, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, eggs and bacon/sausages. The bar area is welcoming. There is a hairdryer in the... More

Nice and clean rooms. Hotel is situated in Town so you have some noise 24h a day. Breakfast room is a little bit small, during peak time it is sometimes hard to find a seat. Buffett is decreasing in size and choice over the last years. More

The hotel as a building and amenities might not rise to 100% at his 4 stars high, but the positive difference is made by the employees, who know how to solve issues and clear problems so that you really feel a welcomed guest there. Very good service, starting from the reception, restaurant and cleaning. You really feel that they really... More

Cofortable but getting dated. Hotel expensive and breakfast 20 Euros each. Not easy to drive to but convenient for the Alt Stadt. Mould around the bathroom taps. Would not stay again. More

Overall the hotel is tired and needs refurbishing. For example, there are stains on the carpet and it is evident that furniture is well worn. Staff however are friendly and facilities are kept clean. Room service is also good quality. The gym ought not be advertised as such, however, as there is no cardio equipment available, but only weights. The... More

I had two nights here and used many of the facilities. Check in and check out was efficient but could not be descriped as warm or friendly The room was spacious but felt empty and basic and was seriously in need of modernisation. The bathroom was function but basic There are no do not disturb signs so cleaners attempt to... More

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel (which we paid for using a GiftFor2 voucher). It's not located in the centre of Dusseldorf. Unless you're a walker and the weather is good, you'll want to take a taxi or the U-bahn to get there from the Hbf. The taxi cost us EUR 7.60 (without tip) from the main station and... More

The breakfast WOW; the best in town. The rooms are a little bit old. They need a real turnover. But the location is great. So; it's a safe choice but not 2 great. More

Got to this hotel with a Hema gift card, this was closest to where we had a conference. For starters, on the picture the hotel looked like a spa resort in the middle of the woods. It appeared to be however in the middle of the city. As there was not a single parking place within a circle of two... More
