I stayed at Townhouse, Dusseldorf for a week, found it pleasant, clean and afordable.
Rooms are small but equipped with all basic amenities including provision to cook food.
Breakfast is provided by the Hotel for extra cost but for Lunch & Dinner one has to opt for nearby restaurants (and there are many including Indian & Mexician).
Wifi is free...
