The only advantage of this hotel is the friendly receptionist there, and maybe the internet access. The hotel is very old, its not in the heart of the city, even that its close the tram station so you can reach the center easily, room service is bad, I requested extra blankets and they asked to come and pick it because... “BRILLIANT HOTEL”

I stayed here and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great. German buffet and also cooked breakfast. Room cleaned every day. I cannot understand the a previous reviews comments. Especially the bit about 'trainlines in the distance'. Located a few minutes away from the old city, with bus stops very near to the hotel, the centre and the train station are easily accessible by tram. The hotel was dirty and most of the staff didn't speak English. Only the daughter spoke English who was only there at peak hours.
