we stayed there last weekend for just one night, front desk is not over friendly (just average), the lobby is the only place were you can get free wifi, the elevators (we were in Koenigstein block) are very slow (I counted 6 elevators but only 3 seemed to work - so be prepared for a bit of waiting), the rooms...
