A hotel for business travellers, no ambience for a holiday stay. The standard room is very small indeed. 2 persons have to share one chair and one bedside table. The bathroom facilities are very small also. Breakfast coffee tended to be lukewarm until hot coffee was requested. A request for cream or condensed milk instead of cold ordinary milk was... More

I stayed in this hotel for business, and it was very comfortable for €85 per night. Free internet (not highspeed wireless - you have to pay for that), kettle in the room, sauna, steam room and small gym on the top floor. It is about 15 mins walk from thye station, and 10 mins walk from the famous Krämerbrücke (Merchants'... More

The standard room was tiny and had a strange smell. I asked for another room, but the hotel was full so I could not change. When I tried to air I discovered that in front of the window is another glass covering almost the full opening (to prevent you jump out in dispair?) so airing had little effect. It was... More

No AC in summer, only for the eleventh floor. Terrible beds, dingy shower curtains and walls, faucets leak, overpriced. More

Synthetic mattress and synthetic pillow and duvet - which made for an uncomfortably hot night. Not what I expectd in a business suite. The taps of the bathtub did not work properly, the air-con did not work, either. It just made a noise but had no effect. Otherwise ok, room clean. More

Wanted to try another Radisson house, this time in Erfurt. For a weekend. The city is just great, and the location of the hotel is good, to reach the center of town easily. The rooms are very small, obviously due to the fact that this is a hotel built in East German times. The service is average, and the interior... More

Unfortunately a design of the standard room made me nervous to make a shower & toilet because the door could not be closed completely. I was not alone... This hotel should check each door for the bath even if the standard room is cheap fare ;-( the reception staff were very friendly. More

Stayed here during the Christmas market period, so the hotel was very busy. The rooms were clean and warm. Check in and out was quick. Nice location, handy for shops, bars etc. Rooms were modern but the rest of the hotel seemed stuck in the eighties but I liked it. More

Radisson has really become an excellent chain. The rooms here are modern and very comfortable. Open bath concept. Very comfy beds and shutter blackouts. You can walk to the historic area. Erfurt is quite charming but hasn't got that much to see besides the 2 churches on the hill, the flower square and the covered bridge - no must see... More

Positive: The price is OK. Good views from the higher floors. Negative: The smallest and most depressingly furnished 4 star hotel room I've ever stayed in, and nothing like any other Radisson I've ever seen (not in a good way). More
