It's a beautiful place on the surface, but if you scratch just a little you find so much dirt... I stayed for a week with two children and my parents. My parents had a beautiful room - only downside was that there was no showerhead and that one of the sink leaked out onto the floor. By the 3rd day... More

We arrived to find the hotel had been flooded, they told us 2 weeks before but nobody had warned the new arrivals that they would be unable to operate properly. The rooms were smelly and damp, really disgusting. The carpets in the hallways were threaded, stained and dirty. The meals were unacceptable! Our party of 22 people complained for 2... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel , i have stayed here previously and my parents often stay here for special occasions. The staff, food and rooms are brilliant, not to mention the price and locality to bars and great restaurant next door. The breakfast isn't full english but there is a wide variety, everything spotless, the weather wasn't... More

Stayed here with my son for a week in January. We have stayed here before and it has gone downhill very much since we last stayed. They seem to be economising throughout the hotel to the detriment of the clientele. Thank god we did not have to spend much time at the hotel. It was dismal there as they rarely... More

We stayed here for one week and I can only describe it as a mix between Fawlty Towers and The Shining. Arrived in a thunderstorm - to find flooded rooms , heavily stained cheap carpets throughout the corridors. The hotel looks impressive inside , furniture is grand and rooms are good except some small twin ones overlooking the motorway. Be... More

We stayed in this hotel for a 5 day golfing holiday. We wanted to stay at the El Paraiso but it was closed till end of Jan for refurbishment so the booking agent recommended this as it was over the road. We did not read trip advisor prior to booking and would not have stayed here had we looked. The... More

I was very impressed by this hotel, the location is pretty bad and it can be scary getting on to the road. but the hotel it self is very nice for the price we paid! have been to other 4* that are not near this standard. the ground floor has a grandious look about it and the rooms are nice,... More

it was like a scene from the film Shining, i fully expected to see a couple of twins turn the corridor on trycycles. And after my first trip to the resteraunt, it was a surprise not see guests wheeling medical drips around the hotel. As for the pool, i have never experienced cold like it, the only way you could...
