Hotel staff insisted the transaction was in Euros, when they have to select between "GBP" and "EUR" on the machine. I had them do a refund then do it again in Euros. Leaving a negative review because when I queried it, he insisted it was in Euros, when it is written clearly in English that it was charged in GBP.

We caught a train from Barcelona to Malaga arriving late at night. We were tired after along flight from Australia then a train. We literally walked from the train up the platform into the hotel. Not too far to walk into the old town either. A few days later we caught a bus...so easy.

If you're coming from the airport just make sure you get off at the stop BEFORE Malaga Central (think its something Maria).
