female staff was exceptionally helpful. location was a little far and the area was filthy-would not recommend this hotel. The hotel needs to have better access to public transportation. The exterior of the hotel needs to be cleaned up-I have stayed in Ibis hotels all over europe and this was the worst

Just needed somewhere as an overnight prior to visiting the Alhambra. When we arrived it was raining so we ate in the hotel. The food was typical chain hotel type, but not overpriced. There is an excellent restaurant just over the road. If you are like us and like walking, the science park is 15 min, away, and the Alhambra about 1 hour. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

Usual Ibis standard - no frills, clean and comfortable. A 30 minute walk into the ‘old’ part of town / cathedral.
