Only good thing is location. Our room was not clean, sheets had strange coloring as if someone had been killed in bed. Also room was extremely exposed to sound and Windows was beside a sewer maling room small like toilet whe open. Don't go for room 113.

I stayed here as part of a large group last week and it seemed that the hotel is not really geared for this as there were three of us in a room, which clearly stated on the information sheet that it was for 2 with no extra beds permitted. This made it very cramped and we had to climb over... More

Please people. We stayed here for 3 nights in May. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Price was great and location Fantastic. You can walk everywhere. Think Etap. But it has a phone ,hairdryer and free wifi. The Casablanca staff were very accommodating though it would be nice if they had better maps. Having to leave the key at... More

We stayed here after deciding to extend our stay in Granada and not being able to get a room at Hotel Alcover (the sister hotel). The hotel is in a great location and the receptionist who greeted us was fantastic but unfortunately that can't be said for the rooms. The room we stayed in smelt and the air con didn't... More

The hotel says they are recently remodeled. Not true. The AC is weak, practically worthless We were yelled at in front of other guests for eating breakfast (a roll) since it wasnt included in our rate There is no bar and there is no restaurant despite what their site tells you. The beds are aweful. The elevator does not go... More

After walking through a grafitti and trashed tunnel off of the main drag, you will come across the Hotel Casablanca. With one star, here are the benefits: The hotel employees will give you the keys to anyone's room (i.e. your belongings are not safe) Toilets that don't flush Leaking windows and random suprises (i.e. strangers in your room!) Sleep in... More

This July we stayed at the Casablanca Hotel in Granada, Spain to see the Elhambra Palace (a must-see). While we are comfortable with basic & inexpensive hotels that offer location and a clean, safe place to stay, the Casablanca falls below these standards. The hotel is worn out. There's little to no service (we had requested a towel and never... More

A grim hotel. Where do I start? I would have changed hotels if I hadn´t have pre-paid.... A very surly manager, very cold and very noisy.. Full of school parties on holidays. More like a student hostal than a hotel, not at all relaxing. Oh yeah, the room walls are the colour of rotting tapas...
