Really lovely hotel. Lots of character while being very comfortable. Excellent location near the route up to the Alhambra. Room was air conditioned and had good shower. Bed was comfortable and room very quiet.

We stayed for two nights in late May in a deluxe room with a view of the Alhambra across a cobblestone street and a bubbling stream - just lovely! We found the staff on reception welcoming and helpful and while you can get a cheaper breakfast (8 euros) at the cafe's in the nearby Plaza Nouvella, the atmosphere in the... More

From booking to checking out, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this little gem of a hotel. Excellent location - easy to get to everything - the staff was attentive and helpful, and our room was very comfortable and inviting. We especially liked all the 'little touches' from the artwork to the free wine and snacks in the library. The... More

I reserved 2 non-cancellable rooms for 3 nights, totalling 300 Euro. For some reason, they could not accommodate us, even though we had paid in advance, and they booked us in an inferior hotel, rated Number 96 in Trip Adisor, whereas their hotel is rated No.6. It was bad enough having to stay in a hotel of a much lower... More

We are sincerely sorry that you experienced this. Our hotel was completely booked at the time your agent made your online reservation. As soon as we discovered this, we made every effort to rectify the situation with your agent and find you comparable accommodations. In order to secure your room with a neighbour hotel, of the same star rating as... More

First the good things: 1. Location: Super. The hotel is inside Albaicin. 1 minute walking distance from Plaza Nouvella, 10 minutes walk from the gypsy quarters of Sacramento, and 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The hotel faces a tine mountain stream. 2. The rooms: The rooms are nice , clean, with spacious clean bathrooms. The hotel is a boutique... More

We are delighted that you enjoyed our unique location and distinctive rooms. As a small boutique hotel, with only 15 rooms, we offer a very comfortable yet relaxed experience with touches of elegance. Like many hotels in the area, we charge for our breakfast and we pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of freshly prepared menu items. More

Was in Granada 2 weeks ago and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, its small and intimate, with lots of character, room very comfortable, basic but elegant. No view from the room but you can have that for a little more money. View of the Alhambra from front of hotel or one of the rooms... More

Dear Moseanchai, We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay. We are indeed very lucky to be in such a privileged location in the old town of Granada. Many of our guests enjoy the quieter rooms as you have. The central court of these old Albayzin buildings ensure the intimacy where ever you are sleeping. A big thank you from... More

I recently made a last minute reservation to stay at this hotel to visit my mother who was gravely ill in hospital in Granada. Unfortunately the day before my arrival she died. I informed the hotel that I needed to cancel, and the reason for the cancellation. Within 5 minutes I had notification by SMS that the full amount of... More

Dear FruitTrader, We are sorry to hear of your loss, but have to say that we are a bit confused. On the 10th of May you booked a non-refundable last minute room - offered only as fully non-refundable in high season. This was then charged the same day and your room reserved and held. When you contacted us to cancel,... More

Staff polite, smiling, helpful, able to speak spanish and english, genorous with informations to tourists. Centrally positioned, just near plaza nueva (you must leave your car a bit far), but quiet and relaxing since you put your foot inside of the hotel.
