Beautiful entrance hall with lots of character. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked a single room and asked for a quiet one. I was given a twin bedded room on the ground floor which was spacious and very quiet. All basic facilities were in the room as well as a bathroom with a bath! The room was clean.... More

For your money, in the centre of an historic city. This place is pretty reasonable. The staff (particularly the Romanian guy on the front desk) were all really, really helpful and welcoming. Their English was good, which on the whole made our Spanish-language practice a bit difficult! The room we had was on the ground floor. It faced onto the... More

This hotel is just horrible, noisy, stinky, dirty and old fashioned, however extremely cheap for its downtown location. Everything makes noise, the rusty heater; the staff of the hotel early in the morning slamming doors; the guests at night and the people outside in the street. Besides the rooms contain dangerous decorations too, for example the lamps over the headboard... More

I was living in Malaga, Spain at the time for a homestay program and wanted to do a weekend trip. Because it was such a last minute trip, all the hostels I found online were booked out of single rooms and only had dormitory style (6 beds) available. I've stayed in co-ed hostel dorms before (oh you crazy New York... More

This review is in response to some of the bizarre 'reviews' of this hotel in the past. As long as you realize that this is not a 5 star hotel then what are you left with? This hotel is basic and no frills but it more than makes up for this with a fantastic central location right next to the... More

stayed here for 3 nights. the location was great, walking distance to all the central sites of seville. many nearby restaurants, bars and a grocery store a few blocks away by the bus station. the hotel is down a tiny street, hard to find, so be sure to have a good map or mapquest the location. i had asked for... Despite some alarming recent reviews of this place, I thought the good location and excellent value for money (I paid just 25 euros per night) made it worth taking a chance, and I was ultimately very pleased with the hotel. It does have a major issue with noise, but this is true with most small hotels in the narrow streets... More

When I booked the Hotel Zaida I knew it would be very basic, which I didn't mind, because the hotel is in the heart of Seville. When I booked in and my room had a building site right outside my window, even that didn't bother me as well. What did bother me, was the rooms may looked clean, but it... More

Arrived and told hotel was fully booked. Much shrugging of shoulders and shuffling of papers and told same thing again and again as if that was end of story. I insisted fully booked not an excuse, we had booked and paid 5 months earlier. After many phone calls we were upgraded to a higher stars old Seville hotel around the... More
