Quirky is definitely the word for the interior of this hotel. Artwork covers every possible surface in the public areas. Some of it is good, a lot of it is not so good, and style and subject are all over the map. Hallways and staircases dart off in various directions. Central courtyards pop up all over and are open to...

Like a museum of random taste, would like to have met the owner/designer just out of curiousity!
The staff are friendly and helpful. Great location, get lost in the narrow alleys, walk for a while and end up at your hotel, fantastic!

super location - easy walk to the main attractions and spitting distance from cathedral square - really quirky hotel - like staying in a museum or antique shop - our taxi driver dropped us off saying we were close and it took us almost an hour to find the hotel - streets in Seville really narrow and I think our...

We have just spent three days in beautiful Seville and we stayed at this hotel. The position was ideal - it took less than five minutes to walk to the square, Cathedral and Giralda and there are plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and shops nearby. The hotel has a quaint, museum-like feel to it - paintings adorn the walls and...

This is one of the most quirky hotels I've ever stayed in. All walls and every horizontal surface apart from the floor is filled with art: paintings, statues, embroidery, etc, etc. Some beautiful, some hideous, some huge, some tiny. Also the ground plan with stairs, alley's, courtyards adds to the quirkiness.
Breakfast is excellent, location is great, just 2 streets...

What a fabulous place this is, if you like something olde worlde and traditional/unusual then you will love it too. Don't go here if you want high tech, streamline modern luxury. Breakfast was fabulous, cold meats, tomatoes, cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, rolls, bread - we stuffed ourselves silly. Staff were ALL very friendly and helpful especially Rafael who...

Convento La Gloria is certainly quirky and unlike many more mainstream hotels. It is jam packed with an eclectic mix of objects and furniture and in places has the air of a somewhat faded museum.
This can be charming - and is certainly different. Unfortunately it can also be annoying when it means that there are limitations on what is...

We were spending a day in Seville, and this was an easy stroll to the breathtaking Alcazar and beautiful Cathedral. The hotel entrance and lobby are very ornate and colorful, and our room was large, simple and comfortable. The manager at check-in and the service person at breakfast were the main two folks we interacted with; they were cordial but...

The hotel was extremely well placed for exploring the centre of Seville and the main tourist attractions. Staff were helpful with good recommendations for restaurants and help booking activities. The room was fairly compact but very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel itself is really quirky with lots of old paintings and beautiful decor. Breakfast was fairly average, but plenty...
