Staff was great and very friendly, and location was great too. Rooms weren't too bad and cleanliness was good, but the facilities were a bit dodgy - e.g. the shower head was loose and the lift was a bit uncomfortable.

Dear Maureen C, thank you so much for your nice review about the staff, our location, our rooms and the cleanliness. We always try to give our customers a pleasant stay so I apologize for the incovenience caused, with the shower head and the lift. We would like to inform you that we take note of each comments made, always... More

Excellent location, very helpful staff, very good room. The only problem was with the WIFI which didn´t work in the room at all and sporadically in the lobby. Had to hang out in a restaurant down the street for internet access, which was very disappointing-

room was spacious, clean and comfortable. i have had worse rooms in better hotels. ideal location: 2 minute-walk from the basilica , the cathedral, the restaurants and the river. staff were friendly. only downside: early deliveries for the cafe were a bit noisy outside.

Stayed at the Husa Via Romana in Zaragoza, Spain for two nights May 2012. Excellent location. The main square was across the street from the hotel. Very helpful staff and rooms were clean and large for European standards. Although small, Zaragoza is a very pretty city with many sights to visit. Beautiful cathedral. Highly recommend this hotel and city for... More

The Hotel is right in the main square of town. The rooms were clean and the girl at reception desk was very helpfull. Her knowledge of the English language guided us to make the best out of the 2 days we had planned in Zaragoza. We had no other contacts with the hotel staff. The air condition which is controlled... The location could not have been better and the price was also very affordable. If you want to explore the heart of Zaragoza, then this a brilliant place to base yourself. The standard rooms were clean and comfortable, absolutely no complaints there. Breakfast was adequate, served in a dining room with quite an old-fashioned vibe about it. Something just isn’t... More

This is a nice hotel right in the heart of Zaragoza. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the rooms spotlessly clean. However the staff are indifferent at best and downright rude at worst and the noise from the street and the other guests made a good night's sleep difficult. If you are looking for a place to... If it wasn't the street noises it was the help getting ready to clean. We heard the snorring next to us. Location was good. City is a great find but next time we'll read the reviews first!

This hotel is quite normal..... nothing special except its location. The street can be quite noisy at night so I recommend ear plugs. I was charged €169 for 1 night..... All hotels in Zaragoza are taking advantage of us tourists during EXPO 2008. If prices were not so inflated I would have stayed in Zaragoza many more nights but I... More

Chose this for a two-night city break and it was perfectly located. Room was clean and spacious, with view over the cathedral. Buffet breakfast was fairly good - great cakes, lousy sausages, but plenty of choice. Staff were not especially friendly, but everything went very smoothly - even the mini bar prices were reasonable!
