The hotel is decent. The convenient location. Cleanliness of the hotel in general, and in the room. Comfortable bed. The courteous staff. But it is very slow and unstable wi-fi in the room. Breakfast is good, but poor quality coffee.

Good central location not far from old town, as well as commercial center and railway station. Plenty of restaurants, bars just few hundred meters from the hotel. Several minutes walk to Guggenheim Museum. Do not expect a lot from the holel (breakfast was good) just enjoy BIlbao.

This hotel is well placed for a visit to Bilbao and the Guggenhiem Museum. It lacks a good restaurant but there are places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and reasonably quiet. Breakfast was fine. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
