I ask to wake me up and they did not. I ask for a taxi and they didn't tell me when the taxi arrives. When we arrive the window was open and it was freezing ..... the heat was doing a lot of noise, so it wasn't confortable at all.... I would not go back again!

Didn't look much like the photo. Good location in old town but quite a bit of noise on saturday night untill 4 in the morning. A nice, smart hotel in a decent location for the city centre - not dead in the lively part of the city, but everything walkable and close to the tram. Rooms were a nice size and perfectly pleasant, internet was free too, which is always nice!
